      c) Complaints (above 600 mm. diameter drainage lines) shall be addressed by Executive.Engineer,Sewage Department (Operation and Maintenance) at old Kasba Peth ward office building. (020 25508453)

Where and how should I submit application to get drainage NOC for Building Permission?

      Application can be submitted by a licensed Plumber/Architect via online services using rts.punecorporation.org or at Citizen Facilitation Centers situated at the respective Ward office.

How many days it takes to issue drainage NOC for building permission?

      NOC will be issued online,within 15 days of receipt of application.

What document are required to be attached along with application for obtaining NOC from drainage department for building completion certificate ?

      1) Copy of the Licensed Plumber

      2) Ownership Document (PRC / 7 / 12 Abstract)

      3) Property Tax NOC

      4) Copy of building permission given and attested copy of Commencement Certificate and four copies of Sanctioned Plan

      5) Plan for drainage connection with site plan

      6) NOC for Grahrachna Society (if Society)

Where and how do I apply to get drainage connection?

      Application for new drainage connectionshall be submitted online or to Additional City Engineers,Sewerage Department, at main building of the Corporation,through licensed plumber along with scan copies of the certificate listed above in item no.4

How do I get drainage connection permission?

      On submission of application through licensed plumber, approval is given by Dy.Engineer of drainage Department at Ward (Zonal) offices after site visit and all the required documents attach.

Where should I submit the application for the permission of drainage connection?

      Application can be submitted at Citizen Facilitation Centers in the Corporation’s Main building or at Ward (Zonal) Offices.

Drainage connection and road cutting (concrete, tar road, booth path, etc.) charges?

     1) Connection charges Rs.225/-

     2) Development charges

         a) Residential use Rs.1000/-

         b) commercial use Rs.10000/-

         c) Residential + Commercial use Rs.5000/-

         d) Industrial use Rs.25000/-

     3) Road excavation Rs.2600/- per running meter (for tar and concrete road, pavements and foot paths)

     4) Soil / Murrum road excavation Rs.750/- per running meter

     Connection charges should be paid by challan at related Ward(Zonal) office.

     List for the licensed plumbers list is available on web site and also at Additional City Engineers,Sewerage Department, at main building of the Corporation.

     Yes, Plumbing license should be renewed every year.

     Application for plumbing license shall be submitted to Additional City Engineers,Sewerage Department, at main building of the Corporation for renewal.
